We hope you will book your glamping experience with Terra Glamping. Much more than a comfortable place to lay your head, Terra Glamping is a great way to experience the outdoors in comfort and luxury. As an outdoor experience, you will feel the sun on your skin, see and hear the waves crash on the shore and possibly hear raindrops on your tent. We do our best to create a comfortable, rejuvenating environment, but there are some things you should know about this or any outdoor experience.

1. We have no control over the weather. Northern California has beautiful weather year round, but we are not responsible for this part of the experience.

2. As an outdoor experience, we are sharing space with nature. As such, an insect may get inside your tent. Our tents are kept very clean, but this is part of the great outdoors.

3. Food is not allowed in or near your tent. Food is only allowed in designated areas. This is very important to keep animals out of your tent. Animals can smell food long after it has been cleaned up and we do not want you to have any unwanted visitors.

If this is not for you, we understand and suggest staying at a traditional hotel that is more protected from nature.

For everyone's safety and enjoyment, we have the following rules, which are strictly enforced.

Check-in is from 3pm-8PM. Guests MUST CONTACT US AHEAD OF TIME if you need to check in later than 8pm. No check-in is allowed after 10PM.

Check-out is at 11am.

Please text your estimated arrival time so we can meet you when you arrive.

Quiet hours are from 10pm-7:30am. Please observe this out of respect for your fellow guests.

Bookings must be made by noon of the check-in day.

The speed limit on the property is 5mph.

Only motorized passenger vehicles are allowed on the camp access road. No pedestrians or bicycles are allowed.

No trailers or RV's are allowed on the property.

Pets are prohibited on the property, including but not limited to tents, camp area and vehicles. Any guest who brings a pet will be charged a $500.00 cleaning fee and be required to vacate the premesis immediately. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Wandering outside the camp area of the property is prohibited.

Do not enter any area with a cone in front of it.

Glamping tents accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. Only registered guests are allowed on the property (no visitors are allowed).

Reservations are not transferable.

Terra Glamping is not responsible for any losses or damages due to theft, fire, acts of God or acts of other campers.  

Please do not bring valuables to Terra Glamping.

No tents (other than those set up by Terra Glamping) may be built on the property.

Each tent has a spectacular ocean view. If you would like to be assigned a specific tent, you must request this in advance of your stay. Tent assignment requests are subject to availability and the discretion of management.

Sleeping is not allowed in the lounge tent or any common area.

The campfire and firepit are hot. Do not touch the campfire or firepit.

Guests must show respect for fellow guests.

No westsuits are allowed in the tent.

No flames, including candles, incense, grills etc., are allowed at camp. The only exception is the Terra Glamping grill and the Terra Glamping campfire.

Cooking is only allowed on the Terra Glamping grill. Outside cooking devices are prohibited.

The kitchen is available for cooking from 10am-10pm. Cooking is allowed after breakfast, beginning at 10am.

No loud music at camp.

Smoking is prohibited.

Nonprescription drugs are prohibited.

Drunkenness is prohibited.

Guests who do not obey these rules will be asked to leave camp without refund.

REFUNDS
Full payment isis due at the time of reservation. 

FULL refund is available if the reservation is cancelled by 12 noon, 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made between 12 noon 14 days prior to 12 noon 7 days prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of the HALF deposit. All reservations are final within 7 days of arrival date, including no cancellations or changes within 7 days of arrival due to unfavorable changes in weather.

All cancellations and date change requests must be made in writing (email). 

All gift certificate purchases are final.

THERE IS A $50 CANCELLATION FEE FOR EACH TENT RESERVATION CANCELLED OR CHANGED.

Terra Glamping respects the privacy of all our guests, and we are committed to protecting it. To best serve you throughout this website, you will be asked to provide a variety of information, such as
name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, etc. This information will allow us to provide a personalized experience for each visitor to our website.

This website does not collect, save or store any personal information from visitors that simply browse this website, unless you voluntarily and intentionally provide it to us. We do not collect personal information without your knowledge or consent. Any personal information that is requested on our website is necessary in order to perform a particular service, such as processing your reservation etc.

We request personal information from you in order to process online reservations. You must provide contact information (such as name, mailing address, telephone number and email address) as well as financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date, etc.) in order for us to process your reservation. This information is used for billing purposes and to reserve a glamping tent. If there is a problem with a reservation, the information provided will also allow us to contact you. Terra Glamping may inform you by email of our available services, products, specials and sweepstakes. You may opt in or out of receiving these materials at any time.

Agents or contractors of Terra Glamping and affiliates who have access to your personal information are required to keep the information confidential and not to use it for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for Terra Glamping. Terra Glamping and affiliates will not sell or distribute any of your personal information to any outside organization for marketing or solicitation without your permission.

We use secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology to secure the privacy of credit card information, name, address, email and other information you provide us.
